2017-2018 Promising Musician Award

 

We are proud to offer a recording award to a promising Wichita high school senior applying to a music program and whose economic hardship would make it difficult to submit a high-quality audio sample of their musical abilities with their application. The award recipient will receive an audio recording session courtesy of Bel Acoustic Audio Recording Services.

 

There is no GPA requirement but the student must be a high school senior in good standing. The student must also have already applied to or is in the process of applying to a music school in order to be considered for the award.  The selected student will use the recording to submit in their portfolio or as an audition tape. 

 

We understand how important a high-quality recording is for a music school application, and we want your artistry to be deservedly heard.
